Thank you for a great year! We’re already planting in preparation for next Spring!

What an abundant year on the farm!

We’re growing gorgeous blooms for Autumn!

As we transition to Fall, we have harvests of beautiful dahlias and fragrant foliage like eucalyptus along with other distinctive stems.

We’re also growing our specialty cut flower mums, and have begun collections of everlastings: dried arrangements using flowers that hold their color and beauty over time: strawflower, gomphrena, statice, and more!

When you sign up for flower grown by Legacy Farms, you'll also be supporting the empowerment of neurodiversity.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Subscribe now! We’ll be sequencing the deliveries based on how our gardens transition into Fall, and what the weather has in store for us and our flowers. As they bloom, we bundle your bouquets and bring them to your chosen pick-up location. Begin by clicking on the green button below that corresponds to the location you’d like to go for pick-up.

WE ARE SOLD OUT FOR 2024!

New subscriptions are released in December for 2025. Waitlist for early notification:

Dahlias & gifts of autumn: October 9 - Nov 8

This 5-week share begins with three weeks of dahlias paired with fresh autumn highlights! Weeks 4 & 5 are determined by Mother Nature (read more details below). We’ll likely still have fresh floral posies in week 4, but if frost comes early we’ll transition to beautiful and creative everlasting bouquets! We’ll also include a set of beautiful photo notecards in Week 5!

Weeks 1-3: DahliAs & FRIENDS

Fresh Autumnal Bouquets featuring gorgeous dahlias! We’ll also include fall floral friends that highlight our dahlias, like scented geranium or eucalyptus, cheerful mums, smiling sunflowers and other festive fall favorites.

This fresh floral bouquet of our distinctive fall blooms will be much like our Legacy Blooms fresh cut bouquets throughout the rest of the growing season. If you've signed up for our floral CSA in the past, you know how disntinctive our bouquets are. And if you're new to our flowers, this is your chance to enjoy locally grown dahlias blooms…and their best Fall friends!

WEEKS 4 & 5: Gifts of Autumn, EVERLASTINGS

Weeks 4 and 5 are highly specialized flowers, offered in tandem with Mother Nature’s plan for Fall. We never know exactly when our fresh blooms will get frosted, but we’ve been working on everlastings all year, so we can offer an extra two weeks of outstanding florals:

*** A posy of Mother Nature’s Choice of fresh blooms or everlasting flowers ***

This week will be gift-focused and created based on Mother Nature’s whim…if flowers are still blooming, we’ll combine them in a handheld posy of fresh herbal selections OR if our fields have been frosted over we’ll create a special posy of dried florals. This gift-size posy will be combined with Legacy Farms beautiful garden notecards by our photography apprentices!

*** A curated collection of autumnal everlasting flowers, ready to be arranged or used for craft projects for your own display of locally grown everlastings ***

Enjoy a special, one-of-a-kind dried autumnal arrangement! Our apprentices have been working harder than ever to harvest blooms and preserve them as dried flowers for you to enjoy the whole holiday season. Dried flowers add a vintage flair to holiday tables and cheer to cozy corners of your home. DIY enthusiasts will also enjoy adding dried blooms to festive wreaths, art projects, or even dress a simple bow atop a special gift!

Extending our season into November is a new offering for us, and we’re learning to manage our fields and high tunnel in tandem with the weather. By subscribing, you'll be supporting our apprentices and neurodiverse team in developing a new aspect of our floral product line while enjoying some fantastic floral arrangements! So, don’t wait—we have a limited number of Autumnal Subscriptions. Sign up today before they are sold out!

ABOUT ALL GROWING SEASON FLORAL SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMS

Our Legacy Blooms CSA Bouquet Subscriptions are a fun, full-circle experience! CSAs (Community Supported Agriculture) allow you to purchase a subscription "share" of our flower farm in advance of the growing season. Your contribution is returned in colorful weekly bouquets when blooms arrive!

Your upfront investment supports the hiring of a wonderful group of neurodivergent apprentices who plant, tend, harvest, and package our CSA bouquets for delivery. CSA programs are a way to support local farming, contributing to the health of the entire community!

At Legacy Farms, you'll also be supporting the empowerment of neurodiversity.

This subscription program makes a tremendous impact on our apprentices as they learn garden skills and the entrepreneurial aspects of working with sustainably grown blooms and partner businesses. Our workers learn not only garden skills, but also marketing, photography, sales, inventory, customer support, and event coordination. We can’t wait to share more blooms with you!

When you buy from us, you are supporting a nonprofit organization that hires and mentors individuals with autism and other neurodiversities who grow, tend, and prepare your bouquets! You are also supporting our local economy, and sustainable flower farming that eliminates imports and minimizes the environmental costs of transporting perishable goods!

Who benefits from my contribution? ———>

Legacy Farms’ apprentices work alongside one another to plant, grow, tend, and arrange your bouquet under the supervision of an experienced flower grower serving as our mentor to grow this CSA and expand opportunities in Loudoun County!

Where does my money go?

Your purchase helps the farm buy starts, seeds, irrigation, weedmat, and supplies for the season. Your contribution to our garden is support for sustainably grown flowers and neurodiversity initiatives. By participating in our CSA you not only support this growth within our community, but also all of Legacy Farms’ programming.
