Have you dreamed of having fresh, local flowers delivered to your doorstep each week, while also supporting local farming, sustainable growth, AND neurodiversity? This is your chance!
Beginning in May, Legacy Farms will deliver a vibrant bouquet of local flowers, herbs & foliage, sourced from our farms and partners to your doorstep.
CSAs (community supported agriculture) are a way for the community to support local farmers and our neurodiverse apprentices working on the farm. Your contribution provides upfront support for our garden, which is returned to you in mid/late May-August floral deliveries!
WE ONLY SELL 30 FULL CSA MEMBER SPOTS. ONCE 2021 IS FULL WE WILL START A WAITING LIST!
How does it work?
Purchase your share now! Choose either bi-monthly or weekly delivery. And enjoy deliveries May - August.
Bi-monthly CSA share: $125 deposit (+1 more $125 payment, for 7 deliveries); full price $250. Deliveries on your doorstep every other week, mid/late May through August...a total of 7 deliveries!
Weekly CSA share: $125 deposit (+3 more $125 payments, for 16 deliveries); full price $500. Deliveries on your doorstep weekly, mid/late May through the first week of September....a total fo 16 deliveries!
Delivery available to addresses in: Leesburg, Lucketts/Lovettsville, Ashburn, Broadlands OR Pick-up at weekly farmers markets in the Leesburg / Ashburn area.
When will I receive my flowers?
Mid/Late May - August/early September, depending on which option you choose.
The cost breakdown is just over $35 per bouquet for seven bi-monthly deliveries OR just over $31 per bouquet if you purchase a weekly delivery share!
You'll receive a large, local flower bouquet fresh from our flower fields at Fabbioli Cellars and Temple Hall Regional Park, delivered to your doorstep.
Who benefits from my contribution?
Legacy Farms’ apprentices work alongside one another to plant, grow, tend, and arrange your bouquet under the supervision of an experienced flower grower serving as our mentor to launch this CSA!
Where does my money go?
Your deposit for 2021 helps the farm buy starts, bushes, and supplies for the season. For example: flower tubers, compost, zinnia seeds, irrigation tape, etc. Without this investment our little farm can’t grow and flourish. Without YOU, our sustainably grown flowers and neurodiversity initiatives wouldn’t be possible. We are forever grateful for your support!
What Else?!
CSA members also get access to flower arranging workshops & events free of charge throughout all of 2021. You are officially Flower Family. :-)
We only sell 30 Full CSA member spots. Once 2021 is full we will start a waiting list!
So reserve your summer bouquets now, before they are gone. The cost of the CSA is $125.00 per month, for two or four months depending on which option you choose. Your deposit is non-refundable, but if an event occurs where you cannot commit to completing the payments, the deposit will go towards credit for our workshops & farmers market products.
