If you are a neurodiverse individual age 16+ looking for a paid job opportunity that will help build your resume as you develop self-awareness and self-advocacy on the job AND learn new job skills in a fun and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!

If you have great enthusiasm for and experience working with neurodiverse individuals as an educator, therapist, aide, job coach or similar position AND enjoy working outdoors in a relaxed, relational group serving as a mentor to three neurodiverse apprentices, we’d love to hear from you!

Our program is based on paid mentorship and apprenticeship positions for neurodiverse individuals ages 16+. We also have volunteer positions available for those who are interested.
