General info About the CSA

This year, we launched Legacy Blooms, a new initiative that supports our neurodiverse apprentices in learning both garden skills and the entrepreneurial aspects of working with sustainably grown flowers. By participating in our CSA you not only support this growth within our community, but also all of Legacy Farms’ programming!

Now through September, Legacy Farms will be offering vibrant bouquets of local flowers, herbs & foliage, sourced from our farms and partners. CSAs (community supported agriculture) are a way for the community to support local farmers and our neurodiverse workers. Your contribution provides upfront support for our garden, which is returned to you in summer floral deliveries!

How does it work?

Purchase your share now and begin enjoying flowers beginning this Tuesday! The cost breakdown is about $20 per bouquet for local, sustainably grown flowers grown by a nonprofit organization that hires individuals with autism and other nuerodiversities to grow, tend, and prepare your bouquets!

When will bouquet deliveries begin?

August 3 through September 7. You'll receive a beautiful, local flower bouquet fresh from our flower fields at Fabbioli Cellars and Temple Hall Regional Park. In the event that you can't pick up one week, you can email us to request your bouquet be donated to a local nonprofit

Who benefits from my contribution?

Legacy Farms’ apprentices work alongside one another to plant, grow, tend, and arrange your bouquet under the supervision of an experienced flower grower serving as our mentor to launch this CSA!

Where does my money go?

Your contribution for 2021 helps the farm pay neurodivergent apprentices, mentors, and continue stocking bouquet-making supplies for the season. Your contribution to our garden is support for sustainably grown flowers and neurodiversity initiatives. We are forever grateful for your support!
